本発明は水田用深層施肥装置に係るものであ
る。
(従来技術)
従来肥料タンクと肥料繰出ポンプと施肥ノズル
などを有する施肥部を走行車体に一体的に取付け
た水田用深層施肥装置は公知である。
(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
前記公知のものは、走行車体に施肥部の各部材
を一つずつ組付けた構造のため製造が面倒であつ
た。
(問題点を解決するための手段)
よつて本発明は、肥料タンク17と肥料繰出ポ
ンプ18と施肥ノズル19などをそれぞれ有する
左側部施肥20aと同様に対称状に形成された右
施肥部20bとの各上部位置を連絡杆22で連結
して全体を略〓状の独立施肥部16に形成し、該
独立施肥部16はエンジン6付き走行車体1上に
着脱自在に設け、前記連結杆22の近傍位置に前
記左側施肥部20aと前記右側施肥部20bとを
強度メンバーとして連絡する連絡アーム31を設
けた水田用深層施肥装置、および、肥料タンク1
7と肥料繰出ポンプ18と施肥ノズル19などを
それぞれ有する左側施肥部20aと同様に対称状
に形成された右側施肥部20bとの各上部位置を
連絡杆22で連結して全体を略〓状の独立施肥部
16に形成し、該独立施肥部16はエンジン6付
き走行車体1上に着脱自在に設け、前記連結杆2
2の近傍位置に前記左側施肥部20aと前記右側
施肥部20bとを強度メンバーとして連絡する連
絡アーム31を設けた水田用深層施肥装置におい
て、前記連絡アーム31は前記走行車体1の駆動
車輪4の近傍に位置させてスクレーパの兼用とし
た水田用深層施肥装置としたものである。
(実施例)
(走行車体の構成)
本発明の一実施例を図により説明すると、1は
施肥装置の走行車体であり、前後方向の走行フレ
ーム2,2を左右側に並設し、該走行フレーム
2,2のそれぞれの下部には下方に突出する支脚
3,3を形成し、支脚3,3には駆動車輪4を軸
5により軸装する。
走行フレーム2,2の前側上部には駆動車輪4
のみ回転させるエンジン6を搭載し、後端部には
走行操縦ハンドル7を設けて前後のバランスを取
る。8は燃料タンク、9はエンジン6の回転をミ
ツシヨン10に伝達するスプロケツト及びチエン
を内蔵する伝動ケース、11はミツシヨン10か
ら前記駆動車輪4に回転を伝える伝動ケースであ
る。
走行車体1の支脚3,3の外側部には外方に突
出する係合軸12,12を設ける。走行フレーム
2,2の後部には軸受板13を設け、軸受板13
には走行フレーム2より内側に突出する左右方向
の係合軸14を摺動自在に軸着する。15は係合
軸14を摺動させる操作レバーである。
(独立施肥部の構成)
16は走行車体1に着脱自在に取付ける独立施
肥部である。独立施肥部16は、肥料タンク1
7、肥料繰出ポンプ18、施肥ノズル19等をそ
れぞれ有する左施肥部20aと右施肥部20bを
連結杆22により固着して全体を後面視略〓状に
形成し、前記走行車体1に上方から左施肥部20
aと右施肥部20bの間を嵌合載置できるように
形成する。
21,21は走行車体1が間に入る間隔をおい
て並設された横杆であり、それぞれの横杆21の
外側部には前記肥料タンク17,17を取付け
る。横杆21,21の後端部は左右方向の連結杆
22により固着され、左施肥部20aと右施肥部
20bとを連結する。
前記連結杆22の両端には縦方向の伝動筺2
3,23を上端部を固着し、伝動筺23,23の
外側面には肥料繰出ポンプ18,18をそれぞれ
設ける。肥料繰出ポンプ18,18の前側に前記
肥料タンク17,17を接続し、後側に施肥ノズ
ル19,19を接続した送肥パイプ24を取付け
る。
25は、各伝動筺23の下端部には前記肥料繰
出ポンプ18を駆動させる接地輪、26は各接地
輪25の中心軸、27は各中心軸26に固着され
たスプロケツト、28は連結杆22内に挿通され
た回転軸、29は回転軸28の左右側に固着され
たスプロケツトであり、各スプロケツト29と前
記各スプロケツト27とにそれぞれチエン30を
巻回する。回転軸28の左右両端は肥料繰出ポン
プ18,18に連結されて、肥料繰出ポンプ1
8,18を作動させる。
しかして、前記横結杆22の前側には連絡アー
ム31を設ける。連絡アーム31は左右方向の水
平部39の両端に下方に突出する垂直部40を一
体または別体に設けて〓状形状に形成する。前記

(作用)
次に作用を述べる。
肥料タンク17と肥料繰出ポンプ18と施肥ノ
ズル19等を夫々それぞれ組付けた左施肥部20
aと右施肥部20bとは連結杆22と連結アーム
31により結合されているから、独立施肥部16
は全体を後面視略〓状に一体的に形成されている
ことになる。
しかして、前記左施肥部20aと右施肥部20
bとは、連絡用の連絡アーム31により連結して
いるから、該連絡アーム31を吊支持して前記左
施肥部20aと右施肥部20bとの間に別途形成
した走行車体1を位置させる。
そこで、左施肥部20aと右施肥部20bを結
合している連絡アーム31の下部の二跨部32,
32を、走行車体1の支脚3,3の外側面に設け
た係合軸12,12に係合させて、ピン33,3
3により止着し、走行車体1の係合軸14を独立

(効果)
前記のとおり、従来肥料ポンプと肥料繰出ポン
プと施肥ノズルなどを有する施肥部を走行車体に
一体的に取付けた水田用深層施肥装置は公知であ
つた。前記公知のものは、走行車体に施肥部の各
部材を一つずつ組付けた構造のため製造が面倒で
あつた。
しかるに、本発明は、肥料タンク17と肥料繰
出ポンプ18と施肥ノズル19などをそれぞれ有
する左側施肥20aと同様に対称状に形成された
右側施肥部20bとの各上部位置を連絡杆22で
連結して全体を略〓状の独立施肥部16に形成

施肥部16に形成し、該独立施肥部16はエンジ
ン6付き走行車体1上に着脱自在に設け、前記連
結杆22の近傍位置に前記左側施肥部20aと前
記右側施肥部20bとを強度メンバーとして連絡
する連絡アーム31を設けた水田用深層施肥装置
において、前記連絡アーム31は前記走行車体1
の駆動車輪4の近傍に位置させてスクレーパの兼
用とした水田用深層施肥装置としたものであるか
ら、

度メンバーとして連絡する連絡アーム31によ
り連結しているので、全体をコンパクトであり
ながら強固に形成することができ、組付け、分
解、メンテナンスが容易にできる。
