状体であつて、該環状体9の中央部に設けられた
回り止め孔10には前記螺子杆7が回転を規制さ
れつつ摺動自在に嵌合されている。11は該回り
止め孔10後方に配置され塗布部方向への移動を
規制され、螺子杆7に螺子孔12を螺合せる爪車
である。即ち該爪車11を回転すれば、該爪車1
1に螺合せる螺子杆7を回り止め孔10に沿つて
前進できるようになつている。13は、軸筒2側
面の孔14より押圧部15を露出するとともに、
後端部16を軸筒2後端部に固定され、指先によ
る押下げ並びに弾性復帰可能な操作ノブであり、
該操作ノブ13は前部に前記爪車11の爪17に
係合せる弾性横動可能な係合片18を有してい
る。19は前記環状体9に爪車11の配置スペー
