さ測定機構を具備するものにおいて、前記引張機
構はエアーの駆動で前記可動チヤツクを可動させ
て前記可撓部材を引張状態にすることを特徴とす
る可撓部材長測定装置。 (2) 前記引張機構は可動チヤツクを低負荷で移
動するスライダとエアで駆動する低摩擦シリンダ
とにより略0.5乃至4.0Kgの低張力で引張る
ようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項の可撓
部材長測定装置。 (3) 前記可撓部材に慣性による負荷を吸収する
