Claims (1)
- ローラシヤフトを収容可能な溝とローラを収容
可能な凹孔とを形成した治具と、ローラシヤフト
に係合可能なスライドフレームを有し、該フレー
ムを治具側へ移動可能な圧入シリンダと、ローラ
を圧入したローラシヤフトを圧入方向と反対方向
へ押し返し可能な突返しシリンダとを備えたロー
ラシヤフトの圧入装置において、上記圧入シリン
ダを治具の下方に配置し、該シリンダに連動する
スライドフレームの移動域に、複数のローラシヤ
フトを前記溝と同間隔に配列するワークテーブル
を進退可能に設け、該テーブル上にワークシリン
ダを介してローラシヤフトを供給可能にする一方
、上記治具の溝と凹孔に潤滑液を供給可能に設け
、かつ治具の外側を中心に回動可能な排出アーム
を介して、ローラを圧入後のローラシヤフトを排
出ラツクへ排出可能にしたことを特徴するローラ
シヤフトの圧入装置。
