関するものである。[Detailed description of the invention] (Industrial application field) This invention creates a beam inside the opening by placing it in the through-path or flow path of a concrete structure or secondary product. Concerning an integrated and agglomerated protection framework that collects and deposits a certain amount of intruders that are inhibiting substances that flow into the interior from the top, making it easier to recover the intruders and increasing the strength of the structure/product itself. It is.

つてしまつた。(Conventional technology) Conventionally, intrusions such as earth and sand and falling rocks flowing from above are collected and deposited into the through passages and channels of concrete structures and secondary products, and the structures and products themselves are destroyed. There was nothing that could protect it, increase its strength, and ensure a passage through it and a normal flow path for products. In particular, side gutters built on forest roads in mountainous areas were unable to maintain their original function due to damage and burial due to dirt, falling rocks, lumber, fallen leaves, etc. Furthermore, administrative measures remained in place. As a result, they lost their ability to function as side ditches, which are waterways for draining rainwater during rainfall, and rainwater flooded forest roads, which worsened the situation by causing erosion, collapse, and destruction. Even in urban areas, gutters have become impassable due to damage due to load pressure and deposits, or due to intrusions such as garbage.

Intruders flow in and collect as deposits, and the water path becomes unsecure and is cut off. When the intruders flow in, structures and secondary products are damaged due to the impact, and structures and secondary products that are intended for drainage are damaged. Because of the construction of materials and secondary products, forest roads, etc., have become irregular waterways that disrupt natural drainage, causing problems that have caused environmental deterioration in areas where drainage is required.

る。(Means for Solving the Problems) The gist of the present invention is that the side and connecting surfaces, which create a constant capacity space by connecting the beams in a box-like manner to the pillars at the four corners, are operated by through fittings. By removing the retaining metal fittings, the structure can be opened from the bottom forward, making it a strong frame consisting mainly of columns and beams made of solid steel. Since there are openings on all four sides, it is easy to collect the deposits inside the building by taking out the whole building. The size and size of the proposed framework can be used to create a certain volume of space in the drainage area of concrete structures and secondary products.
By housing and integrating the structure in the shape, the drainage channel and through-hole provide a reliable spatial function as a water channel. Furthermore, by integrating the frame of the present invention with the structure in which it is used, the strength of the structure itself is increased and structural and functional damage is prevented.

To explain from the figures to FIG. 8, there are pillar parts 2 at the left and right corners of the connecting surface part 3 and the side part 4, and beam parts 1 are formed at the upper and lower parts integrally connected to the pillar parts 2. This results in a box-like format. A through hole 14 is formed in the upper part of the upper beam part 1, the connecting surface part 3, and the side surface part 4, and the metal fitting 6 is communicated therewith to form four surfaces. The connecting surface portion 3 and the side surface portion 4 form an opening 9 in the gap formed by horizontal stripes 15 and vertical stripes 16 that allow intruding substances to accumulate and moisture to flow out. From the outside of the lower beam part 1 of the connecting surface part 3 and the side part 4, which are the four sides, there is a presser metal fitting 7 in the shape of a pin with a protrusion that is long enough to fit into a recess 8 that is deep and long from the center to the left side and shallow and short to the right side. are fitted to prevent them from opening outward. If this presser metal fitting 7 itself also fits into the recess 8, it will no longer be able to fall outward. A bolt-fastening hole 10 is formed to serve as a mounting part for housing and integrating the aggregated agglomeration protection frame of the present invention into a through-path or waterway of a concrete structure or secondary product. Further, as a method of taking out the device, the hanging tool portion 11 is provided on the top of the upper beam portion 1.
FIG. 9 is an explanatory view of one use of the present invention, and shows the gutter 12.
The integrated and agglomerated protection body is placed in the through passage 13 of the through passage 13, and the through passage 13
A through-path 13 space is formed as a flow channel, and no intruders can enter therein. The deposits that have accumulated inside the structure are removed by removing the bolts in the holes 10, and the whole structure is taken out to the outside of the structure or product. After removing the holding fittings 7, the structure is tilted and turned, and the deposits are collected into a dump truck or the like. do.

止にもなる。(Effects of the idea) This is a system that houses the aggregated and crushed protection framework in the passages and flow channels of concrete structures and secondary products, and exhibits strength greater than that of the structure itself. This prevents damage and breakage of the structure itself and makes it resistant to external pressure strength and impact. Only intruding materials are quickly deposited, and running water such as rainwater is discharged through a through passage or the like, so that the waterway is constantly drained without being dammed or buried. To collect intruders deposited on the accumulation/concentration protection framework, the four sides are opened by removing the holding fittings, so by lifting and tilting the framework horizontally using the hanging tools, it can be easily collected and loaded onto a dump truck, etc. If the present invention is installed across the path of an avalanche, debris flow, debris flow, landslide, etc., water will be the cause of the flow, so if the difference in capacity is small, it will be possible to remove the water causing the flow. It can be quickly collected to stop the flow. It also prevents children and others from falling into the water.
