一実施例に係るワーク定量供給装置の説明図で、
第１図はホツパーが初期位置にある状態を、第２
図はホツパーが軽量位置まで回動した状態を、第
３図はホツパーがワーク排出位置まで回動した状
態を示す。また、第４図は従来のワーク定量供給
装置の説明図である。 １……回転板、５……ホツパー、７……バラン
サー、１０……ローラー（係合部）、１１……ス
トツパー、１２……アエシリンダー（アクチユエ
ーター）、１４……光センサー（センサー）。
一実施例に係るワーク定量供給装置の説明図で、

Claims (1)
- ワークを収容するホツパーを回転板の片側に連
結し、ホツパーのワーク重量が所定量に達するま
でホツパーを初期位置に保つバランサーを回転板
の反対側に取付け、ワーク重量が所定量に達して
ホツパーが初期位置から計量位置まで回動した時
にこれを検出するセンサーを設け、回転板に設け
た係合部が上記ホツパーの計量位置への回動によ
つて到達する位置に係合部のストツパーを配置し
、上記センサーの検出信号に基づいてホツパーの
計量位置からワーク排出位置への回動を許容する
ように上記ストツパーを移動させるアクチユエー
ターを設けたことを特徴とするワーク定量供給装
置。
