Claims (1)
- センサーエレメントを接着剤によりケーブルを
ケーブルクランプによりそれぞれ測定対象物表面
に固定するとともに、センサーエレメントとケー
ブルとの間のセンサーリードワイヤを接着剤によ
り測定対象物表面に固定し更にその上にアルミ箔
を被せたことを特徴とする表面温度センサー固定
構造。
