Claims (1)
- 耐圧容器内に測定対象圧力に反応し変形する膜
を設けるとともに、上記膜と連結して動く光フア
イバーと固定された光フアイバーとを双方の端部
を互いに相対して設け、かつ一方の光フアイバー
の他端をレーザー発振器に接続するとともに他方
の光フアイバーの他端を光量センサーに接続した
ことを特徴とするレーザー式圧力変換器。
