が印加されたとき前記中間ケースの前記平面とほ
ぼ直交する方向に伸びる複数の第1の固定用圧電
アクチユエータと、前記周壁の内側に一端が固定
され他端が前記内部ケースを挟んで互いに向き合
つて配置され前記互いに向き合つている他端と前
記内部ケースの外周部との間に定常時には空隙を
持ち外部からの駆動電圧が加えられたときには前
記一端から他端方向に伸びる一対の第1位置調整
用圧電アクチユエータを少なくとも互いに平行し
て2対およびこれら2対にほぼ直交する方向に1
対配置して成る第1の位置調整用圧電アクチユエ
ータ群と、長手の方向が前記受光面とほぼ直交す
る方向で外部から印加される駆動電圧により前記
