- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 レーザ光を偏向器によつて偏向させ結像レンズ
によつて収束して光点により被走査面を走査する
走査光学装置において、 研磨工程および芯取り工程を経た外周が円形で
ある光学レンズの光が通過しない部分の片側のみ
を切り取つた結像レンズと、 この結像レンズを切り取られなかつた部分の外
周で位置決めして取り付ける取付枠と、 を備えることを特徴とする走査光学装置。
