するブランクシヤツタを配設すると共に、前記低
電位領域の電位を検出する電位センサと、前記電
位センサが検出した電位と所定の基準電位との差
に応じて前記光源の射出光量を調整することによ
り前記感光体の低電位部の電位を略前記基準電位
となるよう補正制御する光量制御手段とを設けた
