本発明はこのような問題点を解決するもので、その目的
とするところは電源オン後の不必要な電力供給用トラン
ジスタのベース電流を減少させる方式を提供するところ

e)電源をオン・オフする電源スイッチ手段を具備し電
力導通手段の状態を保持する電流を電源オン時と定常状
態で切り替えることにより電源制御部の消費電流を減少

抗13、また電源オン以後の定常状態においては抵抗1

抵抗を切り替えることによりベース抵抗により消費され
