    の円筒部と前記第二の円筒部の間にテーパー部を
    有して上下運動を行うシヤフトと、前記シヤフト
    に対して下方に圧力を与える圧縮ばねと、前記シ
    ヤフトの前記テーパー部と接触する円弧部および
    前記第二の円筒部を通過させる溝を有するストツ
    パとを備えることを特徴とする回転カバーのロツ
    ク装置。 ２ 上端に大きい直径の第一の円筒部を有しその
    下方に小さい直径の第二の円筒部を有し前記第一
    の円筒部と前記第二の円筒部の間にテーパー部を
    有するシヤフトと、前記シヤフトの上下運動を案
    内するガイドと、前記シヤフトに対して下方に圧
