Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 装着者の肌に接する表面シートと装着者の肌に
    対し最外部に位置する液不透過性の裏面シートと
    の間に吸収体を有し、該吸収体の横方向両側縁か
    ら外側へ延出した表面シートの一部と裏面シート
    の一部からなるサイドフラツプを有し、該サイド
    フラツプの表面シート上を基端とし、その上方へ
    延びた第２フラツプを有し、該第２フラツプ内に
    伸縮性弾性体を有する使い捨ておむつにおいて、
    第２フラツプは表面シートの一部を折り曲げるこ
    とにより構成されており、且つ、第２フラツプと
    サイドフラツプを構成する表面シート部分が撥水
    性であるか、該表面シート部分の裏面に防水性薄
    層フイルムを張り合わせることにより液不透過性
    としたものであり、且つ表面シートの中央部分は
    親水性であり、該親水性の部分と撥水性又は防水
    性の部分とが、同一の一体化した素材からなるこ
    とを特徴とする使い捨ておむつ。
