Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一側の作業機と他側の作業機とをブシユを
介して連結ピンで回動自在に結合する作業機連結
部において、前記一側の作業機１端部に設けた穴
の両端からそれぞれ外環２を圧入し、外環２に遊
嵌した内環３と二又状になつた他側の作業機５端
部に嵌着したスリーブ６とに、外周に二つの円錐
面を備えた円錐ブシユ７を挿着し、頭部にフラン
ジを有し、尾部にねじを備えた連結ピン８を前記
円錐ブシユ７に挿通した上、前記スリーブ６の端
面を連結ピン８の尾部に螺着したナツト９で締め
上げ、作業機操作時に前記外環２の内面と内環３
の外面とで摺動する構造を特徴とする建設機械の
作業機用ヒンジ。 (2) 内環３およびスリーブ６の内面にそれぞれ
円錐ブシユ７の円錐面と同一のテーパを設け、ス
リーブ６と円錐ブシユ７とにそれぞれ軸方向に沿
つて全長にわたる１条のスリツトを設けたことを
特徴とする請求項(1)記載の建設機械の作業機用
ヒンジ。
