Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 排気マニホールドの端面と排気吐出口を開口
したアルミニウム合金製のシリンダヘツド側面と
の間にスタツドボルトにより挟着される、金属製
中板の両面に単数又は複数のビード板を積層した
排気マニホールド用金属ガスケツトにおいて、前
記金属製中板４を軟鋼板とするとともにビード板
５をステンレス鋼製とし、金属製中板４の厚みを
積層される他のビード板５よりも若干厚くし、ガ
スケツト本体に開設された取付用穴３を、前記ス
タツドボルトの位置及び外径に対し高精度に穿設
された穴径の金属製中板４の取付穴６と、両側の
ビード板５に穿設された前記取付穴６の径よりも
大きい径のバカ穴とで同心上に形成したことを特
徴とする排気マニホールド用金属ガスケツト。 ２ 複数を積層したビード板のバカ穴は、内、外
側層いずれか一方若しくは両方の径が大である請
求項１記載の排気マニホールド用金属ガスケツト
。
