- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 太陽光の入射角に対応して電力を発生する太
陽電池と、この太陽電池からの電力により発生電
圧を設定する負荷抵抗と、その発生電圧によつて
オンオフを行うＣＭＯＳバツフア等の出力回路と
を有し、太陽電池面への太陽光入射角がほぼ９０
度になる位置を認知することを特徴とする簡易太
陽センサ。 ２ 前記ＣＭＯＳバツフア等の出力回路の入力部
にＣＭＯＳ保護用抵抗と雑音除去用回路とを有す
ることを特徴とする請求項１記載の簡易太陽セン
