Claims (1)
- 全体がほぼ箱形をなし粘性流体２を内蔵するケ
ーシング１と、前記粘性流体２中に設けられ質量
を有する質量体３と、前記ケーシング１と質量体
３間に張設され前記質量体３を前記粘性流体２中
で保持するための複数の線体４と、前記各線体４
に設けられた歪ゲージＡ〜Ｆとを備え、前記歪ゲ
ージＡ〜Ｆの伸び縮みによつて加速度の入力の有
無を検出するように構成したことを特徴とする加
速度センサ。
