された主レンズ電極3は、各円筒部1a〜1c間
の近接部分と、主レンズ電極3の短辺側の円筒付
根部分と、主レンズ電極3の長辺側の円筒付根部
分とでは、各々張り出し加工およびしごき加工を
受ける際の歪量が異なるので、前記各部分の付根
の板厚が円周上において異なり、円筒部1a〜1
cの付根部の真円度が低下し、フオーカス特性が
劣化するという欠点があつた。

両端の円筒部1a,1cの付根外周部に形成した
環状凹溝5a,5cは、円形状に形成されてい
る。前記中央の円筒部1bの付根外周部に形成し
た環状凹溝5bは、長辺側の領域部分を短辺側の
領域部分より大きな凹溝幅よりなる異径形状に形
成されている。
