本考案は酒，清涼飲料などの各種飲料のびんを

従来技術とその問題点
酒類や清涼飲料など各種飲料をびんに詰めると
き、直ちに金属製王冠でシールすると、びんの中
にゴミ・異物が混入することがある。これは、王
冠と王冠との摩擦、あるいは王冠とシール機各部
などとの摩擦によつて生ずる金属粉が主成分であ
り、製品の着色や異味、異臭の原因となることが
多かつた。これを防ぐため、内容物をびんに詰め
た直後にポリエチレン，ポリプロピレン等プラス
チツク製のキヤツプを予めセツトし、そのあとに
王冠用シール機を通して王冠を付ける方法が一般

考案の構成及び作用効果
