ンの孔用バリ部を外方に押しやるとともに、上
記孔用バリ部の基端を凸部の外周と凹所の開口
縁とによるせん断力により薄肉化し、
(D) キヤビテイにて囲まれたパリスンをブロー成
形することにより中空二重壁構造に成形し、
(E) 成形品を冷却後金型から取出し、ついで孔用
のバリ部の基端を切除することを特徴とする孔
を有する中空二重壁成形品の製造方法に関する

本発明においては孔用バリ部の基端をキヤビテ

の外周と凹所の開口縁にてパリスンを挾圧するの
で、孔用バリ部のプラスチツクが中空二重壁キヤ
ビテイ側に従来の如く極度に押しやられることが
なく肉溜りも発生することがない。さらに、型締
を進行させて凸部を凹所内に嵌入することにより
凸部と凹所にて囲まれたパリスンの孔用バリ部を
中空二重壁成形品の本体外表面より外方に突出す
るよう押しやることができるので、カツターなど
を上記本体外表面に沿つて移動すれば美麗に仕上
げることができ、またバリ除去作業も容易とな
る。
