This type of steel staircase is constructed by welding both ends of the tread and riser to a pair of string girders, and by welding the tread and riser to each other. Also known is a structure in which the tread plate part and the riser plate part are integrally bent from a steel plate, and this is fixed to a pair of string girders by welding.

In all of the above conventional examples, the pair of stringers, the tread plate part, and the riser plate part are each made of different steel plates, so there are a large number of component parts, and the management of the steel plates is troublesome. Moreover, since the entire length of both ends of the tread and riser sections or the length necessary for structural strength is welded to the girder, welding work is complicated, manufacturing efficiency is low, and manufacturing costs are high. I got it. Additionally, since there was a lot of welding work involved, there were problems in ensuring the skill level of welding engineers and ensuring the reliability of welding locations.

That is, a single steel plate is bent in a zigzag shape along bending lines parallel to each other to form a plurality of tread plate parts and riser plate parts, and both ends of each tread plate part and both ends of the riser plate part are provided with the folded parts. A tongue piece made by making a cut is provided on an extension of the bending line, and the tongue piece at the end of the tread plate part and the tongue piece at the end of the riser plate part are opposite to each other from a bending line perpendicular to the bending line. Bend at right angles to the direction. At this time, the risers were tilted slightly forward from the vertical position and were given a ``tumble'', causing them to partially overlap. The overlapping parts of the tongues are connected to form a pair of stringers.

According to the above structure, the tongue piece at the end of the tread plate part and the tongue piece at the end part of the riser plate part are bent at right angles in opposite directions, so that the girder, the tread plate part, and the riser plate part are aligned. It can be constructed from two steel plates.

The tongue pieces 5 at both ends..., the riser plate part 4...the tongue pieces 6 at both ends are shaped in advance to form the shapes necessary to form the side girders 1,1 (the side girders 1,1 are expanded). The tongue piece 5... is cut at a right angle from the bending line d... to the front side (or back side) of the tread portion 3..., and the tongue piece 6... is cut along the bending line e. . . . by bending it at right angles to the back side (or front side) of the riser plate portion 4 . . . and connecting the overlapping portions of the adjacent tongue pieces 5 . It is distinctive in that a pair of stringers 1, 1 are formed. The other configurations are the same as those in the previous embodiment, so explanations will be omitted.

For example, it can be set to about 2.3 to 3.2 m to reduce weight. ), vibration-damping steel plates (laminated steel plates with a vibration-suppressing function by providing a viscoelastic layer between two steel plates) may be used in addition to smooth steel plates and striped steel plates.

The tongue pieces at both ends, the riser plate part, and the tongue pieces at both ends are all simply bent, and only the overlapping parts of the tongue pieces are connected, so there are no welding points. As a result, steel staircases can be manufactured easily and inexpensively.
