That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above panel, and 1 is a surface material, 7 is a foamable inorganic material layer, 8 is a fireproof base material, 9 is a synthetic resin foam (hereinafter simply referred to as foam), and 10 is a foam material. Panel A, which is the back material, has a cross section as a whole shaped like a hat, and these constituent materials are fixed together using self-adhesive properties when the form 9 is formed. To explain further, the surface material 1 is as shown in FIG.
A long decorative surface 2, a side wall 3 whose two longitudinal edges are bent inward (90° in the figure), a fitting groove 4 whose lower end is bent inward, and a lower edge of the fitting groove 4. The cross section is formed into a hat shape by a fixing part 5 extending outwardly and a waterproof tongue piece 6 (hereinafter simply referred to as a tongue piece) provided along the longitudinal direction at least at the tip of the fixing part 5. The surface material 1 is formed by processing a thin metal plate, such as aluminum, iron, copper, steel, galvanized steel, galvalume steel, or stainless steel, by processing such as roll forming, pressing, or extrusion, as shown in FIG. 2. It was formed in The fitting groove 4 is formed in one type of cross section, such as semicircular, elliptical, or wedge-shaped, and is mainly used as a cover material for joints formed when a wall is constructed using panel A. (described later). To explain more specifically, the length of the surface material 1
L 1 is 2000-15000mm, width W 1 is 400-900mm, full width
W 2 is 440 to 1100 mm, width W 3 of fixed part 5 is 20 to 100
mm, the radius r of the fitting groove 4 is about 2 to 5 mm, and the depth d is r
The height H1 is about 8 to 100 mm. Further, the foamable inorganic material layer 7 is distributed at least on the back surface 2a of the decorative surface 2 as shown in FIGS. It is fixed. That is, Figure a shows a foamable inorganic material layer 7 in which a foamable inorganic material is formed in the form of a film on the back surface 2a of the decorative surface, and Figures b to d show a foamable inorganic material layer 7 in which a foamable inorganic material is formed in a linear form on the back surface 2a of the decorative surface. Material layer 7, Fig. e shows a foamable inorganic material layer 7 in which foamable inorganic material is formed into drops. To explain further, when the panel A is exposed to high heat between the surface material 1 and the foam 9, the foamable inorganic material layer 7 first releases water, cools the surrounding area, and gradually foams and expands. This forms an inorganic foam layer to protect the foam 9 from high heat.
Furthermore, in a steady state, it is made of a material that is water resistant and weather resistant, and exhibits its original fire retardant properties over a long period of time. Specifically, the main ingredient is water glass, which includes keifutuka soda, aluminum hydroxide, borax, sodium metaborate, ettringianite, aluminate-calcium sulfate hydrate, silicon nitride, silicon, aluminum silicate, It consists of one type or two or more types of disodium hydrogen phosphate. The melting point of the inorganic foam layer is 700.
℃ or higher is preferable. Further, the thickness Δt of the foamable inorganic material layer 7 is about 0.5 to 5 mm, and it can be formed thinner if the foaming scale is about 30 to 50 times larger. Furthermore, the fireproof base material 8 has at least a width of the fixing part 5.
It has a width W 4 that is equal to or larger than W 3 , and is mainly used as a reinforcing material for the fixed part 5 of panel A, a fireproof material, a heat insulating material at high temperatures and under steady conditions, a mold material when forming the form 9, and a surface material 1. It functions as an isolating material between the back material 10 and the back material 10. The fireproof base material 8 has a performance that can pass rock wool, gypsum board, ceramic foam, wood wool cement board, aerated concrete, and semi-noncombustible materials, and includes foam materials and inorganic materials such as borax,
It is a single substance or a composite consisting of one or more types, such as a mixture of one or more of pearlite, vermiculite, and shirasu balloon (not shown). Of course, it also includes materials such as rock wool impregnated and coated with borax and fireproof foam paint. Note that the thickness t is at least 5 mm or more, and is specifically determined in relation to the thickness T of the panel A. The foam 9 is filled in a space surrounded by the decorative surface 2, the side wall 3, the fireproof base material 8, and the back material 10, and is mainly filled with a core material, a heat insulating material, an adhesive using self-adhesive force when forming the foam, and a waterproof material. , function as sound absorbing material, buffering material, or fireproofing material. The material may be one or a stack of two or more of polyisocyanurate foam, polyurethane foam, phenol foam, polystyrene foam, etc. Furthermore, the back surface material 10 covers the back surface of the form 9 between the fire prevention base materials 8, or covers a part or all of the exposed surface in the longitudinal direction of the fire prevention base material 8, and mainly covers the form material of the form 9, Serves as reinforcement, moisture barrier, waterproofing, and fireproofing material (depending on the material) due to the sanderch structure of Panel A. Examples of the backing material 10 include metals (Al, Cu, Fe, Pb, stainless steel thin plates, foil bodies),
It is made of one or more of synthetic resin sheets, asbestos paper, asphalt felt, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, kraft paper, nonwoven fabric, gypsum foam sheet, foam sheet, etc.

がある。 As mentioned above, according to the panel according to the present invention,
The cross section is shaped like a hat, and the fixing part is not visible on the exterior of the wall, making it easy to fix, so the panel can be wide and securely fixed to the base. In addition, the panels are easy to install, as the sides of the panels are pressed together and the fixed parts are fixed to the base using nails or the like. Furthermore, since a fireproof base material is interposed and fixed to the joint between the panels as a noncombustible isolating material and heat insulating material between the front surface material and the back surface material, the joint has a characteristic of being highly fireproof. In addition, because a foamable inorganic layer is interposed between the surface material and the foam, it has the characteristic of being a quasi-noncombustible material and a fireproof structure. Furthermore, when a wall is formed using the panels, the joint and the head of the fixture are covered with a cover attached to the joint by elastic deformation, so that a wall with a beautiful appearance can be formed.
