[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a soundproofing material for floors used for the floors of houses, particularly apartment buildings, and specifically relates to a soundproofing board having a laminated structure including a cork board.

Recent housing, especially multi-story housing with two or more floors,
The problem of soundproofing and insulation has become a hot topic in housing complexes with many residents, and various countermeasures have been taken to address this problem.

In sound insulation, it is generally said that sound transmission loss is proportional to the weight per area of the board. For this reason, sound insulation performance can be improved by increasing the weight of materials such as walls, floors, ceilings, etc., but this increases the weight of the house and goes against the current trend of reducing weight in pursuit of economy. In addition, attempts are being made to achieve the purpose of soundproofing by using heavy soundproofing sheets on walls, etc.
The reality is that the problem of sound insulation on the floor has not been solved.

[Problem that the invention aims to solve] In other words, the reason why heavy materials such as steel are not good is because objects (such as walking in shoes or dropping objects) come into direct contact with the floor. This is because impact noise has a large effect.

Therefore, even if you make the concrete floor thicker, it will only increase the weight, and the sound will travel through the concrete and reverberate downstairs.
It had the disadvantage that whenever someone walked on it or dropped something on it, the person underneath felt uncomfortable. Furthermore, even if a soft sound insulating sheet was laid, it had the disadvantage that the impact sound was directly transmitted downward as it was not thick enough.

The present invention eliminates these drawbacks and provides a soundproof flooring material that is lightweight and inexpensive and can exhibit great soundproofing performance.

As shown in the drawings, the present invention is a soundproof flooring material that does not transmit floor impact sound to the floor below. As shown in FIG. A laminated soundproofing board A is formed by pasting a wooden board 2 such as plywood and pasting a slate board 3 on the other side, and in addition, pasting particle board 4 on the other side of the slate board 3. It is characterized by

That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the above-described pressed cork board is used as a core material 1, and on the core material 1, a wooden board 2 such as plywood, a slate board 3 formed by mixing asbestos with cement, and wood. A particle board 4 formed by impregnating the chips with a low molecular weight resin and curing them under heat is adhered to form a laminated sound insulating board A, and the laminated sound insulating board A is attached to the floor surface of a house, for example, as shown in FIG. For practical use, it is laid directly on top of the joists 5 as shown in the figure.
At this time, if the laminated soundproof board A is fixed with nails 6 or with adhesive as shown in Fig. 3, it is a strong structure in itself and can be used as a structural member of the building, so this is a preferable construction method. Become.

This laminated soundproofing board A has members 1, 2, 3, and 4, which have significantly different sound or vibration transmission rates, tightly integrated with adhesive, so that noise and vibrations entering from the outside are absorbed by each member. , 2, 3, and 4 each generate a transmission blocking effect and cancel each other out, and in particular between the core material 1 and the slate plate 3, due to the extreme difference in hardness and density, a remarkable mutual buffering effect occurs, resulting in significant sound absorption. Shows vibration absorption effect. The density of this slate plate 3 is generally 2.0 or more, and the density of the cork plate of the core material 1 is about 0.23, and due to this combination of extreme hardness and softness, the slate plate 3 cancels out at low frequencies. A wide range of soundproofing effects can be expected, such as the soft core material 1 exhibiting a muffling effect against high-frequency sounds. In this way, sounds, vibrations, etc. that pass through the laminated soundproofing board A are largely absorbed and canceled out, making the transmission to the lower chamber minimal.

Furthermore, the particle board 4 located at the bottom of the laminated soundproofing board A has the effect of improving adhesion or conformability to the flooring material, in addition to the above-mentioned sound deadening effect that works together as a group. .

Furthermore, the slate board 3 made of an inorganic material naturally has high fire retardant properties, and together with the flame retardant and heat insulating properties of the core material 1, constitutes a safe building material with strong fire retardant properties.

In order for the laminated soundproofing boards A to work most efficiently, it is necessary to lay them in close contact with each other during construction, and by forming unevenness 7 on the end surface as shown in Fig. 2, they are assembled and engaged with each other. If this is done, a well-finished construction surface with no gaps can be achieved.
