止しスリーブの一方向への回転に追随可能である
と同時に逆方向の回転に対しては所要の角度範囲
で突起を解放する係止部を備えたクランクと、同
クランクと上記スリーブとの間に介装されスリー
ブの上記逆方向の回転時クランクを追随回転させ
る弾性体と、クランクの回転運動を上記第１の吹
出ルーバに伝達する手段とを具備してなることを
