    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電池缶開口端部を内側にかしめ、電池缶周縁と
    端子板周縁との間に設けた絶縁ガスケツトを挟圧
    して密封ケースを構成し、前記密封ケース内に、
    正極と負極とをセパレータを介して対向してなる
    発電要素を収納した偏平形電池において、前記電
    池缶開口端部に切欠き部を設けて、前記電池缶外
    周の一部の立上り部分の高さを短くしたことを特
    徴とする偏平形リチウム電池。
