本考案は、ロール状に巻かれた印画紙や写真フ
イルムの如き感光性帯材の包装に関するもので、
更に詳しくは太陽光下及び室内照明光下での装填
用の感光性帯材の引出口にテレンプ布を設けた遮

(考案が解決しようとする問題点)

延びるフランジ部を有する箱形状に射出成形した
場合には、該フランジ部に内反りが生じやすい。

遮光性を確保するため十分な高さを必要とするの

部に前記端キヤツプを嵌合して感光性帯材容器と
なす際には、精度や組付け作業上の障害が発生す
る。この為、作業能率が悪く、ともすると組み付
けの不完全な中間製品も多発してしまうという問
題点があつた。そこで、端キヤツプ成形時の成形
条件を変えることによりフランジ部の内反りを修
正しているが十分な効果を得るには至らず、更に
成形サイクルが長くなることによるコスト高とい

開口を各々閉鎖するために二個の成形された端キ
ヤツプ4を有する感光性帯材容器において、それ
ぞれの前記端キヤツプ4はその周囲をめぐつて延
びてほぼ均一に間隔を置かれた外方フランジ6と
内方フランジ7とからなつて前記管状体部材1の
開口端縁と係合する多角形の係合溝を有してお
り、該係合溝の各辺には少なくとも1つのリブ9
が設けられると共に、該リブ9は前記外方フラン
ジ6の端縁からリブ端面までの長さhが該係合溝
の深さの3/4以下であり、前記管状体部材1の開
口端縁の各辺には前記リブ9に嵌合する切欠き部
11が形成されるていることを特徴とする感光性

された該係合溝の各辺におけるそれぞれの中央に

ランジ7とからなる係合溝は深さ20mm、幅3mmと
し、リブの幅は1.2mmとした。そして、外方フラ
ンジ6の端縁からリブ端面までの長さhをフリー

反り量を有効に抑えることが可能であることがわ
かつた。そこで、長さh:係合溝の深さ=15mm:
20mmより、前記リブ9は前記外方フランジ6の端
縁からリブ端面までの長さhが該係合溝の深さの
3/4以下であれば良い。また、管状体部材1の開
口端縁を端キヤツプ4の係合溝に差し込んだ時の
オーバーラツプ量は、遮光性を確保するため少な
くとも3mm以上は必要であり、更に好ましくは、

角形の係合溝を有しており、該係合溝の各辺には
少なくとも1つのリブ9が設けられると共に、該
