つた。 The area above the fusion indicator of conventional high-pressure fuses with a fusion indicator is not sealed, and when a short-circuit current flows, the fusion indicator piece may pop out and high-temperature arc gas may blow out.In the worst case, there is a risk of personal injury. Therefore, an expensive special holder that would enclose the entire fuse was required. There are also fuses with a structure where the upper part of the display piece is sealed, but the internal structure is simply a fusible material welded to the inner cap, and there is no consideration to keep the length of the fusible material constant, so the fusing time may vary. In addition, since there is no consideration to prevent the fusible material and the fusing indicator line from intersecting, when the fusible material melts due to short-circuit current, the fusing indicator line and the fusible material are welded together, causing the problem that the indicator piece does not pop out. It also had the disadvantage of being extremely difficult to assemble and manufacture.

They are placed at both ends of the ceramic cylinder 9 so that the relationship is diagonal. Pass the plate-shaped fusible body 11 with holes at both ends into the ceramic tube 9, hook the string-side claw 4 of one cap 8 into the small hole 13 on one side, and bend the plate-shaped fusible body 11 so as to sandwich it. Then, the other small hole 12 is hooked onto the claw 5 on the arc side of the other inner mouthpiece 7, and the plate-shaped fusible body 11 is bent and fixed so as to be sandwiched therebetween. The distance (length) between the small holes 12 and 13 is pre-processed to be constant using a press, and as a result, the length of the fusible body within the ceramic cylinder 9 is constant. and,
The inner caps 7 and 8 and the plate-shaped fusible body 11 are joined by soldering from above each claw. This assembly ensures that the fusible material is stretched within the ceramic cylinder 9, making it possible to obtain stable fusing performance. Next, a cup-shaped outer mouthpiece 14 is provided, and a convex shape 15 is provided on the end surface.
A fusible material melting indicator piece 17 having a melting indicator line 16 at the bottom thereof and a spring 18 for causing the melting material melting indicator piece 17 to pop out when the fusible material is melted are provided in the opening on the upper surface of the convex shape 15. The outer cap 14 to be stored is placed on the side where the plate-shaped fusible body 11 is hooked to the claw 5 on the arc side of the inner cap 7. Next, before the plate-shaped fusible body 11 is fused, the spring 18 is compressed in the opening on the upper surface of the convex shape 15 of the outer cap 14, and the fusion indicator line 16 is passed through the ceramic cylinder 9 so as to contract the fusion indicator piece 17. Tightly wrap it around the claw 6 on the arc side of the other inner cap 8 and fix it. As a result, the fusing indicator line 16 and the plate-shaped fusible body 11 are arranged parallel to each other in the ceramic cylinder 9, and even when the fusible body is fused, the fusible body and the fusing indicator line do not weld together, and the fusing indicator line 16 is reliably displayed. It became possible to make the pieces pop out. After that, arc-extinguishing sand is filled through the opening of the semicircular notch 2 of the inner cap 8, and the opening is filled with the cup-shaped outer cap 1.
It is sealed by press-fitting 9, and further a convex shape 15 is formed.
The upper surface of the convex portion housing the spring 18 and the fusible material melting display piece 17 of the outer cap 14 is covered with a glass hood 20.
By covering, gluing, and sealing, arc gas will not blow out to the outside even when a short circuit current flows, and the welding will be completed completely.

ーズである。 As explained above, this invention differs from the conventional high-pressure fuse with a blowout indicator by providing claws on the arc side and chord side of the semicircular notch in the inner cap, and by providing small holes on both ends of the plate-shaped fusible body. The shape of the fusible material can be reliably stretched inside the ceramic cylinder, and the length of the fusible material can be kept constant, resulting in stable fusing performance and the problem that the fusing indicator piece does not pop out, and short-circuit current is reduced. This fuse does not blow out arc gas when flowing, does not require an expensive and special fuse holder, and exhibits an exceptional effect by providing a safe and expensive high-pressure fuse with a blowout indication.
