合成出力回路と、該音声合成出力回路に接続され
メツセージを出力するスピーカと、該炎センサの
設置場所近傍を撮影するカメラと、該カメラに接
続されたビデオテープレコーダとよりなり、該ア
ラーム信号の出力により該ビデオテープレコーダ
を録画状態にすることを特徴とする防災管理装置
。 (2) 該制御回路に接続され該アラーム信号の出
力により、ブロツク表示灯が点灯可能となる非常
放送設備を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１記載
の防災管理装置。 (3) 該非常放送設備のブロツク切り替えスイツ
チもしくは、全館切り替えスイツチを切り替える
ことにより、該音声合成出力回路と該スピーカと
の接続を該非常放送設備と該スピーカとの接続に
