案はアジヤストピンを改良してかかる問題点を解

7を設けている。内側ピン部材1は太径部2を除
いて金属製の外側ピン部材5により被覆される。
該外側ピン部材5は内側ピン部材1の軸部1aの
外径を内径にして軸部1aの全長に外嵌し、該部
材5の一側端部に形成する凹環6を凹環3に掛嵌
し、また開口端を内側ピン部材1の止受け段面2
bにて止受けして以つて一体化したアジヤストピ
ン8とするのである。なお、太径部2の外周面に
は第3図に示すように凹凸条2aを交互並設して

本考案は以上のようにして、アジヤストピンを
内側の合成ゴムまたはプラスチツクとする内側ピ
ン部材と金属製の外側ピン部材の二重構造にし

より表出して且つ小凹凸条を並設して材質ととも
に弾性ある摩擦力を強化したから、駒間を確実に
連結して不意に抜出して駒間を分離することが解
消するという効果を生ずる。また金属製の外側ピ
ン部材と内側ピン部材は止受け段面と凹環の掛合
にて一体化して補強、強化されたアジヤストピン
