は、複合積層チツプコンデンサを例にした本考案
３端子型チツプ部品の製造工程の概要を示す図で
ある。第６図は、複合積層チツプインダクタを例
にした本考案３端子型チツプ部品の製造工程の概

Claims (1)
- チツプ部品の軸方向の両端に位置する外部電極
端子とその中間に位置する第３の外部電極端子と
を有する３端子型チツプ部品であつて、上記両端
に位置する２つの外部電極端子の軸方向の幅を、
少なくとも目視によつてその差異が識別されるよ
うに変化させて構成したことを特徴とする３端子
型チツプ部品。
