In conventional wall panels for equipment units such as bathrooms, a surface board made of inorganic material is pasted on the front of an assembly frame, and chamfers are formed on the four circumferences of the surface side of the surface board. In this type of wall panel 1 in the example, the chamfered portions of the upper and lower edges also had small chamfered dimensions similar to the left and right chamfered portions. The chamfer dimensions of the four circumferential chamfers were made small in this way on the left and right wall panels 1.
If the size of the joint to be filled with caulking material increases when the joints are connected, the appearance of the construction will be poor due to the large joint, so the overall chamfered portion was made small. However, asbestos-cement boards, calcium silicate boards, gypsum slag boards, gypsum boards, etc. are used as surface boards made of inorganic materials, and they are easily chipped, scratched, damaged, etc. Moreover, the wall panel 1 is usually It has a vertically elongated shape that makes it easy to hold from the left and right. For this reason, when transporting the wall panel 1, for example, the wall panel 1 is often held on one's shoulders as shown in Fig. 7, and both sides of the wall panel 1 are grasped. When carried while walking, the upper and lower ends of the wall panel 1 hit obstacles, and the upper and lower corners of the surface board 2 were likely to be chipped, scratched, or damaged. In addition, when constructing wall panel 1,
As shown in Figure 8, the wall panel 1 is stood up, grasped on both the left and right sides, lifted up and installed at the specified location, but since the left and right sides of the wall panel 1 are placed with the hands, Although it does not hit the wall panel 1 or the pillars, the upper and lower edges are difficult to see and hit the beams, foundations, etc., making them susceptible to damage, cracking, and chipping. Furthermore, when storing the wall panel 1, the wall panel 1 is normally placed upright against the wall 5 as shown in FIG. 9 because it is carried vertically as described above. 1 is placed against a wall 5 and stands on a floor 6, if the chamfer dimensions of the upper and lower edges of the surface board 2 are small, the upper and lower chamfers may be cracked, chipped, or damaged. It was easy to occur.

The wall panels of the equipment unit of the present invention are wall panels that are connected to each other only in the horizontal direction, and
Upper and lower chamfered portions 3 are formed at the corners of the upper and lower edges on the front side of the surface board 2 made of inorganic material, and left and right chamfered portions 4 are formed at the corners of both left and right edges on the front side, and the chamfer dimensions of the upper and lower chamfered portions 3 are formed. The left and right chamfered portions 4
It is characterized by having a chamfer dimension larger than that of . Since the chamfer dimensions of the upper and lower chamfered portions 3 of the surface board 2 are increased, the area of the upper and lower chamfered portions 3 is increased and the strength is increased. The upper and lower chamfered parts 3 are less likely to be chipped, cracked, or damaged even if the wall panel 1 is hit by a bump or the weight of the wall panel 1 is supported by the upper and lower chamfered parts 3 during storage. Further, since the chamfer dimensions of the left and right chamfered portions 4 of the surface board 2 are small, the width of the joint does not become large when the left and right wall panels 1 are connected to each other, and a good appearance can be maintained. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in Figure 1 a, b, c, wall panel 1
In this example, a surface board 2 made of an inorganic material is attached to the front surface of an assembly frame 7 made of steel frames or the like. The surface board 2 is made of an inorganic material such as an asbestos cement board, a calcium silicate board, a gypsum slag board, or a gypsum board. The four circumferences of the front board 2 are recessed inward from the outer periphery of the assembly frame 7, and upper and lower chamfered portions 3 are formed on the upper and lower edges of the front side of the front board 2, and the upper and lower chamfered portions 3 are formed on both left and right sides of the front side. Left and right chamfered portions 4 are formed on the edges, and the chamfer dimensions of the upper and lower chamfered portions 3 are larger than those of the left and right chamfered portions 4. This wall panel 1 is used, for example, as a wall panel 1 for an equipment unit such as a bathroom, as shown in FIG. It has enough height to reach the wall and is used in the vertical direction without connecting the wall panels 1 to each other, and in the horizontal direction to connect the wall panels 1 to each other. In other words, wall panel 1
The lower end is placed on the flange 10 of the floor pan 9 and the upper end is brought into contact with the lower surface of the ceiling panel 8. Assembly frame 7 as shown in the figure
The members are connected by bolts 11 and nuts 12. In this way, a small joint 13 is formed between the side edges of the surface board 2 of the left and right wall panels 1 and between the left and right chamfered parts 4, and this joint 13 is filled with a water stop agent 14 such as silicone to prevent water from seeping in. It is prevented and the joints are treated visually. In addition, since the upper and lower chamfered portions 3 have large chamfer dimensions, large joints occur between the upper and lower chamfered portions 3 and the ceiling panel 8 and floor pan 9, but these are places that are not easily noticeable. It can be hidden by ceiling edges or baseboards, so there is no problem with the appearance. Since the upper and lower chamfered portions 3 of this wall panel 1 have large chamfer dimensions, the upper and lower corners of the surface board 2 do not become sharp and become chamfered portions with large chamfer dimensions, which increases strength and facilitates transportation. It is resistant to cracking or chipping even if it hits an obstacle during construction. Also, when the upper part is placed on the wall 5 while standing on the floor 6 as shown in Fig. 5, the surface side corners of the lower upper and lower chamfered parts 3 are It is hard to hit the floor 6 and hard to damage the surface of the front board 2. Note that in FIG. 6, the rear corner of the upper and lower chamfered portions 3 is in contact with the floor 6, but this is a location that can be hidden by filling with caulking agent or the like.

As described above, in this invention, the chamfer dimensions of the upper and lower chamfered parts of the surface board are increased, so the area of the upper and lower chamfered parts is increased and the strength is increased. Even if the wall panel is hit by a bump or the weight of the wall panel is supported by the upper and lower chamfered parts during storage, the upper and lower chamfered parts are less likely to be chipped, cracked, or damaged. In addition, since the chamfer dimensions of the left and right chamfered portions of the surface board are small, the width of the joint does not become large when the left and right wall panels are connected together, so that a good appearance can be maintained.
