は内方へ折曲した前面フランジ5とそれと連続し
て前面フランジ5裏面に若干の間隔を有して折り
返した裏面フランジ6′とより前フランジ7を形
成している。又、裏面フランジ6′は左右側面2,
3及び上面4裏側に当接している。ここで裏面フ
ランジ6′の折曲の際にはキヤビネツト1が塗装
鋼板で構成される為に、折曲半径が小さいと塗膜
の割れや剥離を生じるので折曲半径は比較的大き
くする必要が生じる。その為に前面フランジ5と
裏面フランジ6′の間には少許間隔が生じている。
裏面フランジ6′からは連続して折り返し、裏面
フランジ6′との間に前面開口方に開いた前縁溝
8を形成する後フランジ9が形成されている。後
フランジ9は前縁溝8の入り口を狭める様若干傾
斜しており、又、前縁溝8には図示しない内箱の
フランジが係合挿入されることになる。裏面フラ
ンジ6′は第2図の如くキヤビネツト1を折曲し
た際に近接する前面フランジ5と裏面フランジ
6′との接続部分上の2点N1及びN2間が切除
されており、又、後フランジ9は更にその前後広
範囲で切除され、折曲部T1部分は前面フランジ
5のみとなつている。ここで2点N1,N2は折
曲部T1を中心に略等距離に位置しており以後近
接部と称す。前面フランジ5は折曲部T1に相当
する部分にて切断し、略近接部N1から折曲部T
1に至る部分を裏側へ折り返して折り返し部10
とし、又、略近接部N2から折曲部T1に至る線
にて後方へ少許凹ませて段差部11を形成してい
る。ここで折曲部T2部分も同様の構造であるの
で引き続き折曲部T1部分のみについて説明す
る。

段差部とから成り、裏面フランジには両側より張
り出して左右側面及び水平面裏側に当接し、折曲
部近傍まで延長されて折曲部にて切断された当接
部を形成すると共に塗装鋼板の折曲にて両近接部
は近接し、段差部は折り返し部後方に重合する様
成してキヤビネツトを構成したものである。
