第１図は本考案に係るプランジヤを用いた液圧
プランジヤポンプの断面図、第２図は従来のプラ
ンジヤを用いたプランジヤポンプの断面図である
。 図中、１１はシリンダブロツク、１１ａは大径
のシリンダ穴、１１ｂは小径のシリンダ穴、１２
はプランジヤ、１２ａは大径プランジヤ部、１２
ｂは小径プランジヤ部、１３ａ，１３ｂは吸入弁
、１４ａ，１４ｂは吸入通路、１５ａ，１５ｂは
吐出弁、１６ａ，１６ｂは吐出通路、１７はコイ
ルばね、１８は駆動軸、２１はシールリング、２
２はスナツプリングである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 筒状である大径プランジヤ部と棒状である小径
    プランジヤ部とで二段に形成され、それらがシリ
    ンダブロツクに設けられた大径のシリンダ穴と小
    径のシリンダ穴に嵌挿され、往復動することによ
    り所要圧の液を作業機器に送るようにしたプラン
    ジヤポンプのプランジヤにおいて、上記大径プラ
    ンジヤ部と小径プランジヤ部を別体となし、大径
    プランジヤ部の内向き鍔の内面と小径プランジヤ
    部の外面との間に隙間を設けて、大径プランジヤ
    部を小径プランジヤ部に嵌挿すると共に、内向き
    鍔の内面にはシールリングを取付けて上記嵌挿部
    分を密封し、大径プランジヤ部をばね付勢して小
    径プランジヤ部に取付けたスナツプリングに圧接
    させて成ることを特徴とする液圧プランジヤポン
    プにおけるプランジヤ。
