上限値に達したポンプの優先順位を繰り下げ、こ
のポンプよりも下位の優先順位にあるポンプの優
先順位を繰り上げて前記メモリ内の優先順位を入
れ替える優先順位入れ替え手段と、 ポンプによつて汲み上げられた液体を二次タン
クを介して流量を測定する流量計と この流量計の測定値と現在のポンプの運転台数
に基づきポンプの運転台数を決定し、前記メモリ
