Claims (1)
- ケーシング本体と、該ケーシング本体の一側を
施蓋したポンプハウジングと、前記ケーシング本
体内に設けられた電動モータと、前記ポンプハウ
ジング内に設けられ、該電動モータによつて回転
されることにより、吸込口から吸込んだ燃料を吐
出口から吐出させるタービンベーンとからなるタ
ービン型燃料ポンプにおいて、前記ポンプハウジ
ングの吸込口と吐出口との間に位置して径方向に
変位可能に設けられ、前記タービンベーンの外周
側をシールするシール隔壁と、該シール隔壁とポ
ンプハウジングとの間に設けられ、通電により該
シール隔壁を径方向外側に変位させることによつ
てラジアルクリアランスを調節するソレノイドと
、前記電動モータに所定の電圧を印加したときの
消費電流を検出し、当該消費電流値が所定値より
も大きなときには該ソレノイドに通電させるソレ
ノイド制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とするター
ビン型燃料ポンプ。
