Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce costs by combining a basement wall of precast concrete plates and the concrete foundation of a ground building with steel coupling members. CONSTITUTION:The concrete foundation 7 is formed of a strip footing consisting of a strip 8 and footing 9. Cylindrical nuts 10 and 10 buried in advance are provided to the outside of the upper ends of wall panels 2 and 3 constituted of a basement wall so that they are exposed to the outside of them, steel coupling bars 11 provided with male screws are screwed in the cylindrical nuts 10, and they are mounted in advance in a state to project them outward. After that, the necessary reinforcing steel is placed to the outside thereof to construct the concrete foundation 7, and the coupling bars 11 are buried in the foundation 7 as a unit. According to the constitution, bearing force of the concrete foundation is increased, and the number of works can be reduced.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Basement construction methods in which basement walls made of precast concrete plates are buried underground have been known for some time. In this case, when a building is constructed above the basement, a concrete foundation is further constructed around the basement, and the above-ground building is constructed on this concrete foundation.

When an above-ground building is constructed on top of this basement, another concrete foundation is constructed and constructed like above, but these concrete foundations and basement walls are interrelated. Therefore, the foundation of an above-ground building must have a strong structure itself, which has the disadvantage of increasing costs accordingly. The present invention aims to eliminate such conventional drawbacks.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is characterized in that a basement wall made of precast concrete plates and a concrete foundation of an above-ground building are integrally connected to each other by a steel connecting member. According to the configuration of the present invention, the concrete foundation of the above-ground building is integrally connected to the basement wall via the connecting member, so the strength is high (this concrete foundation can be connected to the basement wall as in the past). There is no need to build something strong enough to support an above-ground building by itself.

This is a cloth foundation consisting of a cloth portion (8) and a footing B (9). On the outer surface of the upper end of the wall panel (2>(3) constituting the basement wall, a cylindrical nut (10) (10) is provided which is buried in advance so as to be exposed on the outer surface.
A steel connecting rod (11) equipped with a male screw is screwed into this cylindrical nut (10) and attached in advance in a state in which it protrudes outward. Thereafter, necessary reinforcement is placed on the outside to construct a concrete foundation (7), and the connecting rod (11) is buried integrally within the foundation (7).

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the basement wall made of precast concrete plates and the concrete foundation of the above-ground building are integrally connected to each other via the connecting member, so that the concrete foundation of the above-ground building is supported by the basement walls buried deep underground, increasing the bearing capacity of this concrete foundation, making it especially effective on soft ground, and conversely, in the case of normal ground, the concrete foundation There is no need to make the structure itself strong enough to support an above-ground building, and the number of construction steps can be reduced accordingly, or the basement walls can be reinforced by this fabric foundation.
