In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention creates one bottomed box from cardboard, and makes one raised part of the box into an inclined surface with the facing distance gradually decreasing upwards approximately in the middle of the raised part. A facing part is provided to form a separated standing part, a notch is continuously formed in the bottom of the bottomed box corresponding to the bottom of the part opposite to this separated standing part, and this notch is fitted into the guide rail of the elevator. A pair of removal members made of elastically deformable members whose opposite sides are fixed to the bottom of the bottomed box are provided so as to pinch both sides of the guide rail. An engaging part is formed that protrudes to engage with the bottom of the box to promote elastic deformation of the bottomed box by elastic deformation of the removal member, and a bottomed box is formed between the pair of upright parts other than the separation upright part. An elastic band with at least one end removably engaged, which fixes the bottomed box to the elevator oiler while elastically deforming the box, is provided so as to avoid the guide rail, and the elastic band is attached to the opposing part of the separation upright part and the above-mentioned part. The bag is characterized by fixing the bottom of the plastic bag to a box with a bottom that avoids the notch at the bottom.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above,
First, by bending upward the removal members each having one end fixed to the bottom of the bottomed box, the cleaning device is fitted to a guide rail installed in the hoistway, and then fixed to the oiler with an elastic band. By moving the device upwards, deposits can be removed. Also, at this time, the inclined surface of the opposing part of the separation upright part of the bottomed box engages with the elastically deformed removal member, so a relatively large elastic force can be transmitted to the bottomed box at this engagement part. In addition to providing elasticity to the pair of removal members, elastic deformation of the bottomed box can also be utilized, and a large removal force can be obtained with a small and simple configuration. Moreover, since the elastic band for fixing the bottomed box to the oiler has elasticity, the bottomed box can be securely fixed without preventing elastic deformation of the bottomed box. According to this mounting structure, when the work of removing deposits is completed, the elastic band is removed, the notch is unfitted from the guide rail, and the bottom of the notch is fixed to the bottomed box. By enclosing this bottomed box, the operator can dispose of the deposits without getting dirty.

返されている。 FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the cleaning device seen from above, showing the state before it is attached to a guide shoe (not shown). As will be understood from the description below, the bottomed box 10 made of cardboard that applies pressure contact force includes a bottom 11, a pair of upright parts 12 and 13, and upright parts 14 and 15 that bridge the ends of the upright parts. It consists of Standing part 1
5 is separated approximately in the middle to form a pair of separated upright parts 15a, 15b, and the opposing parts of the separated upright parts 15a, 15b are sloped surfaces that reduce the facing distance toward the top. It's summery. As can be seen from FIG. 3, which is a bottom view of the cleaning device, the bottom part 11 has a width that is approximately equal to the distance between the separation upright parts 15a and 15b on the bottom part 11 side, and the length of the upright part 13, in order to insert the guide rail. For example, a notch 11a is formed that cuts about half way. Therefore, the bottomed box 10 has a separate standing portion 15.
When an external force is applied to open the space between a and 15b, a restoring force is generated to maintain the state shown in FIG. 2 due to the shape and structure of the bottomed box, and the box as a whole exhibits elasticity. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, the bottom portion 11 is formed with a folded upright portion 11b on the side of the upright portion 14 in the notch 11a, and as will be understood from the explanation below, the opposing sides of the removal members 16 and 17 are formed as shown in FIG. It is folded back so that it stands up in the same direction when lifted upward.

The bottom of the bottom box 10 is the separated standing portion 15a, 1 of the bottomed box 10.
5b and the notch 11a, for example, on the outer surface of the upright portion 14, the above-mentioned removal force will not be blocked.
Further, one end 18a of an elastic band 18 made of an elastic member such as rubber is fixed to the upright part 13 by a suitable fixing means, and the other end of this elastic band 18 is fixed to the upright part 12 so that it can be attached to the upright part 12. A metal fitting 19 is attached.

薄板等を用いることができる。 Further, the above-mentioned notch 11a is provided on the upper surface of the bottom portion 11.
A pair of removal members 16 and 17, each of which is an elastic body, is arranged so as to cover the removal members 16, 17.
17 are fixed to the bottom part 11 at opposite sides with their opposing sides overlapped with each other by suitable fixing means. Opposite sides of the removal members 16 and 17 are sloped surfaces that extend toward the opposite side as they approach the upright portion 15 side. This slope and the overlapping length on the opposite side are determined by conditions described later. Further, the removal members 16 and 17 on the side of the standing portion 15 are separated from the standing portion 15.
Engagement portions 16a and 17a are formed between a and 15b, extending in the axial direction of the upright portions 12 and 13 and protruding to the rear side of the separation upright portions 15a and 15b. Therefore, when the opposing sides of the removal members 16 and 17 are lifted upward and elastically deformed and opened, and the guide rail is inserted between them, the engaging portions 16a and 1
7a promotes elastic deformation of the bottomed box 10 through the separation upright portions 15a, 15b, and eventually this elastic force is applied to the removal members 16, 1 through the separation upright portions 15a, 15b.
7 acts as a force to press against the guide rail. As can be seen from this explanation, the elastic pressure of the removal members 16 and 17 is reinforced by the elastic force of the bottomed box 10, so that the removal members 16 and 17 can be made of relatively small, thin, and not very elastic plastic thin plates or the like. can be used.

0 separates the standing part 15 into two standing parts 15a, 15
Since the bottomed box 10 itself is elastically deformed, the opposing tips of the removal members 16 and 17 come into contact with the side surface 5a of the guide rail 5 over the entire length. removal member 16,
The elastic deformation of 17 causes separation upright portions 15a, 15b and bottom portion 11 via their engaging portions 16a, 17a.
is transmitted, further promoting elastic deformation of the bottomed box 10,
In the end, the elastic force of the bottomed box 10 is
15b and the removal member 16,1 via the bottom 11
7. Therefore, the opposite ends of the removal members 16 and 17 are pressed against the guide rail 5 with a force greater than their own elastic force. The elastic deformation of the bottomed box 10 as described above acts more effectively depending on the attachment structure to the oiler 23. In other words, since the bottomed box 10 is attached to the oiler 23 using the elastic band 18 connected between the upright parts 12 and 13, the bottomed box 10
When attempting to elastically deform so as to lift the space between b and 18, the elastic deformation of the elastic band 18 allows the deformation to occur without being inhibited, and as a result, the removal members 16 and 17 are pressed against the side surface 5a of the guide rail 5. It is in good condition. The aforementioned separation standing portion 15
As shown in the figure, only the bottom portions 11 of the portions a and 15b are in pressure contact with the engaging portions 16a and 17a of the removal members 16 and 17. If only this effect is considered, the facing surfaces of the separation upright portions 15a and 15b may be vertical, for example, but by making them sloped as shown in the figure, the removal member is pressed against the guide rail 5 when the bottomed box 10 is elastically deformed. 16, 17 and separate standing parts 15a, 15b
The gap formed between them is reduced. Further, the folded upright portion 11b formed on the bottom portion 11 is also slightly raised upward.

I'll save up and go. Separation upright part 1 that was open in the state shown in Figure 2
The opposing portions of the guide rails 5a and 15b are almost closed by their inclined surfaces and the deformation of the removal members 16 and 17 as shown in FIG. 1, and the top surface 5b of the guide rail 5 has a folded upright portion 11b As a result, foreign matter is collected without falling out of the bottomed box 10.

As explained above, in the present invention, the bottomed box is configured to be elastically deformed in order to reinforce the elastic force of the removal member, and the bottomed box is attached to the oiler without preventing the elastic deformation. , since the inclined surface of the opposing part of the separation upright part of the bottomed box engages with the elastically deformed removal member, the bottomed box is also elastically deformed together with this pair of removal members, and a large Since the removal force can be obtained, and the elastic band that fixes the bottomed box to the oiler also has elasticity, it can be securely fixed without preventing any elastic deformation of the bottomed box. To wrap the bottomed box in a plastic bag,
Since the bottom of the plastic bag is fixed to the bottomed box while avoiding the facing part of the separation upright part and the notch, the above-mentioned effects are not offset.
