[Background Art] With the development of the restaurant industry, opportunities to eat at restaurants with young children are increasing. In such restaurants, young children often spill food and drinks, staining their clothes, socks, chairs, and floors. For this reason, restaurants have prepared disposable paper aprons and are encouraging not only infants but also adults to wear them.

However, the paper disposable apron mentioned above is just two paper strings extending from the top of the apron.
The apron itself is flat (it is made of paper, so it is flexible), and there is no part to catch spilled food, so even if you can catch food on the apron, the apron will eventually disappear. It will end up falling down. At this time, young children often move rapidly, so the apron comes off, exposing their skirts and pants, which often get dirty.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] Therefore, the inventors of the present invention prototyped a disposable apron with a pocket section at the bottom of the apron, and investigated various functions of the apron. It was not possible to sufficiently prevent food from spilling. In other words, since disposable aprons are typically discarded after one use, they must be inexpensive and must be foldable and easy to store before use. be done. Given these constraints, disposable aprons with pockets are
The pocket part made of the same material is attached to the lower part of the apron apron part made of a relatively inexpensive material such as paper by means such as adhesive, and the pocket part is kept in close contact with the apron part before use. Since it is folded, it tends to fit tightly when used, and parents have to take measures such as raising the pocket part to pull it forward, but the material is quite strong (has great shape retention). Since it is not a material, it is difficult to maintain the protrusion of the pocket part, and the pocket part may become deformed in children who move rapidly.
The function as a receiving part is not fully demonstrated. It is also possible to use a highly shape-retaining material and mold the pocket part into a protruding shape in advance, but in this case, it would be difficult to store because it would be too bulky, and the production cost would be high. Too expensive for a disposable apron.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The disposable apron of the present invention that achieves the above object has a pocket section at the bottom of the apron, and a gusset is provided at least at the bottom edge of the pocket section and the connecting section of the apron. Another key point is that a weight is attached to the upper part of the pocket.

[Function] The disposable apron according to the present invention has a pocket portion formed at the bottom of the apron, and when in use, the upper edge of the pocket portion protrudes forward from the apron surface to securely receive drinks, etc. As,
A gusset is provided at least at the bottom edge of the pocket part and the connecting part of the apron, and a weight is attached to the upper part of the pocket part. In other words, the gusset is folded before use and has a low bulk, so it does not become a hindrance to storage, but when used, the gusset has the function of pushing the pocket forward from the apron surface by expanding the gusset in the direction of releasing the folded state. Demonstrate. As mentioned above, the gusset that performs this function must be provided at least at the joint between the bottom edge of the pocket and the apron, but if it is also provided at the joint between both side edges of the pocket and the apron, the entire pocket will be pushed forward. The upper opening of the pocket section can be increased to facilitate the reception of food, etc. into the pocket section.
The number of folds in the gusset is preferably 2 to 5, and there is no particular restriction on the method of folding. On the other hand, in the present invention, a weight is attached to the top of the pocket, and the upper edge of the pocket, which is pushed forward as the gusset expands, hangs down due to the weight. The upper opening of the pocket becomes larger, making it easier and more reliable to receive food, etc. into the pocket. There are no particular restrictions on the weight, and examples include metal wires, metal plates, especially resin-coated metal wires, plastics, wood, cloth, etc., but in short, any material that plays the role of a weight may be used. It is also possible to attach accessories.

By the way, in the above description, the function was explained assuming that the pocket section is attached to the front side of the apron surface, but by attaching the pocket section to the back side of the lower edge of the apron surface and turning the pocket section over when in use, it can be exposed to the front side. It may also be a disposable apron with an expanded pocket. In this case,
In addition to the above effect, since the direction in which the folding tendency of the pocket part returns is the direction in which the pocket part expands, the opening degree of the upper part of the pocket part can be further increased.
Moreover, it can be made strong.

In addition, the present invention does not place any particular restrictions on the material of the disposable apron, but preferably a material with a soft texture and waterproofness is recommended, such as non-woven fabrics made of rayon or synthetic fibers.
Particularly preferred materials include materials laminated with PE (polyethylene) film. In other words, there are no particular limitations on the material, so paper, which has been used in the past, can be used, but paper has the disadvantage of producing the "crunching" noise that is characteristic of paper when used. In addition, it tends to crease easily and lacks flexibility, so it lacks a sense of unity with clothing. On the other hand, for example, the above-mentioned laminate material is flexible, adapts to the movement of the user's body, and does not generate unpleasant frictional noises, so it can be worn comfortably. In addition, in the case of paper, it is not waterproof, so if you spill something such as a drink, the liquid that permeates through the apron may stain your clothes, but the laminate material mentioned above is made waterproof by the PE sheet. There is no need to worry about that. As for the nonwoven fabric in the above-mentioned laminate material, it is preferable that the nonwoven fabric be subjected to a napping treatment or the like in order to give it a softer texture.

There are no particular restrictions on the means of attaching the apron apron and pockets made of such materials, and in addition to gluing and sewing, in the case of the laminated materials mentioned above, methods such as heat sealing may also be used. be able to. In addition, the disposable apron according to the present invention may have the apron and the pocket, which were originally separate parts, joined at the bottom and both sides by the above-mentioned attachment means, but the apron and the pocket may be joined at their bottoms. Alternatively, a connecting material may be prepared, a gusset may be formed in the connecting portion, the pocket portion may be folded back, and only both sides of the pocket portion may be joined to the apron portion by the attachment means. In the latter case, the material has the advantage of being a single piece and is easy to manufacture, but since the fronts of the apron and pocket are reversed, the texture is different and it is difficult to add patterns or designs. In some cases, the inconvenience arises in that it has to be applied to both the front and back sides (particularly the pocket area). On the other hand, the former is made of separate materials, so care must be taken to adjust the mounting position, but it has the advantage that the surfaces can be oriented toward the front, and patterns and designs can be printed on only one side.

[Example] Fig. 1 is an explanation showing the disposable apron of the present invention, which is made of a material in which an apron part 1 and a pocket part 2 are connected at the bottom.
I am using a laminated one. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the disposable apron is constructed by attaching a pocket part 2 with a one-fold folded gusset 3 to the bottom of the material with the nonwoven fabric side facing the front side, and then folding it back to the back side of the apron 1. , the both side edges of the pocket part 2 are heat-sealed to the both side edges of the apron part, and a resin-coated mild steel wire W is attached along the folded upper edge of the pocket part, and the upper part of the apron part is Two hanging pieces 4, 4a are extended, and an adhesive tape T with a release tape is attached to the hanging piece 4a. As for the manner in which it is attached, in addition to being attached along the upper edge of the pocket portion as in the above embodiment, it may also be provided in the vertical direction at the center of the pocket portion. Alternatively, a plastically deformable material such as a resin-coated mild steel wire may be provided and bent into an arbitrary shape during use to perform the function of the frame material.

The above-mentioned disposable apron is formed so that the pocket part 2 including the gusset part is closely attached to the apron part 1, so it does not take up much bulk when stored, and the above-mentioned laminate material can be obtained relatively cheaply, so it is economical as a disposable apron. can be fully utilized. When using the disposable apron, the gusset is expanded and the pocket section is turned over to face the apron. By doing this, as shown in Fig. 3, due to the extrusion effect due to the expansion of the gusset and the weight of the mild steel wire rod W attached to the pocket part 2, the pocket part 2 protrudes forward from the apron 1 surface, and the upper part It is held wide open. Moreover, in this embodiment, since the pocket part is turned over and pushed out, the direction in which the gusset 3 tries to recover from its folding tendency becomes the direction in which the pocket part expands, and the open state of the pocket part 2 is maintained in a more stable state. When attaching the disposable apron, use the two hanging pieces 4, 4a.
is placed around the neck of an infant, etc., and the hanging pieces 4, 4a are fastened together using adhesive tape T with the release tape removed.

In the above embodiment, the hanging pieces are formed to have approximately the same length on the left and right sides. This is because mothers, etc., who sit on either the left or right side often assist when attaching it to infants, etc., so if the hanging piece fastening position is biased to one side, the fastening operation may be difficult. This is because it was taken into consideration.

In this embodiment, the upper part of the pocket is sufficiently opened due to the pushing action caused by the expansion of the gusset and the weight, so that spilled food or drinks can be reliably caught in the same manner as described above. Furthermore, since the laminate sheet has sufficient waterproofness, it can prevent staining of clothes due to penetration of beverages.
