<Prior Art> As a base material for constructing mortar walls of wooden buildings, etc., a wooden plate-shaped base material with a cement mortar coating layer formed in advance is used. This base material is a base material that can omit various types of base construction such as lath base boarding, felt sheathing, lath wire mesh sheathing, etc., and greatly contributes to labor savings in construction. Moreover, if the mortar coating layer is formed by mixing synthetic resin foam granules and cement mortar, even if the cement mortar coating layer itself increases in thickness, it is lightweight, has excellent workability, and can be used as a base material similar to a dry method. becomes.

However, when this type of base material is attached to the structural frame of a building, no ventilation holes are provided between the plate-like base material and the structural material, which is extremely inconvenient.
For this purpose, ventilation channels are formed by cutting grooves into the plate-like base material itself or by attaching a plurality of small crosspieces.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> As in the former case, when grooves are cut into a plate-like base material, the strength of the mortar base material itself is reduced. On the other hand, in the latter case, the number of on-site construction work will be significantly increased, which is not preferable.

<Means for solving the problem> The present invention was devised in view of the problem of filling mounds, and is made by pasting reinforcing plywood in which a plurality of long grooves with open ends are formed on the plate-shaped base material. It is.

<Function> In other words, when a ventilation path is required between the building mortar base material and the structural material, a concave groove is formed by cutting between the long grooves provided at both ends, and the concave groove connects both long grooves. It communicates. Therefore, ventilation passages can be easily formed on site without reducing the strength of the architectural mortar base material and without impairing the conformability of the architectural mortar base material to structural materials.

As the plate-like base material 11, a wood-based or inorganic board material such as plywood, hardboard, particle board, etc., with a thickness of about 4 to 12 mm is usually used. The waterproof adhesive layer 12 is provided to prevent the infiltration of rainwater and excess mortar hardening water from the outer wall surface and to improve the adhesion with the mortar mixed layer 13, and is usually used in coating film waterproofing methods. For example, a synthetic resin adhesive such as an acrylic styrene adhesive or an ethylene vinyl acetate adhesive is used. This waterproof adhesive layer 12 is formed to a desired thickness using a coating device such as a roll coater. The mortar mixed layer 13 is made by kneading synthetic resin foam particles, cement mortar, and mortar additives, and is formed on the waterproof adhesive layer 12 using a roll coater or the like.

On the other hand, the reinforcing plywood 2 is made of the same wood or inorganic base material as the plate-like base material 11, and has approximately the same size. At both ends of the reinforcing plywood 2, for example, at both ends in the longitudinal direction, there are long grooves 22 with the end surface 21 side open.

Figure 2 a shows long grooves 22, 22 provided in the reinforced plywood 2.
This shows one embodiment of the present invention, in which long grooves 22, 22, .
In order to communicate between the long grooves 22, 22..., a concave groove 23 is cut on site. As a result, there are a long groove 22 and a concave groove 23 between the architectural mortar base material 1 and the structural material.
A so-called ventilation hole is formed in which the long groove 22 and the long groove 22 communicate with each other. Moreover, since the concave groove 23 between the two long grooves 22 does not divide the reinforcing plywood 2, the strength is not reduced. FIG. 2b shows another embodiment in which different numbers of long grooves 22, 22, . . . are formed on one side and the other side, respectively. As above, long groove 2
2 and 22 can be communicated through a concave groove 23. FIG. 2c shows an embodiment in which a plurality of long grooves 22, 22, . . . are formed on both sides of the reinforcing plywood 2, respectively. These equally long grooves 22, 22... are communicated by an appropriate number of concave grooves 23, 23....

Such various types of reinforcing plywood 2 are arbitrarily selected and pasted on the plate-like base material 11. As a specific method for pasting, it may be directly nailed, or it may be applied to the plate-shaped base material 11 or the reinforced plywood 2 to integrate them together.

Therefore, as shown in the partially omitted sectional view of FIG. 3, the architectural mortar base material 1 and the reinforcing plywood 2 are integrated, and the portions of the architectural mortar base material 1 that contact the structural members are in communication with each other. ventilation passage 22,2
3, 22 are formed.

<Effects of the invention> As described above, the reinforcing structure of the mortar base material for construction according to the present invention allows ventilation passages to be easily formed without reducing the strength of the mortar base material for construction. Moreover, since the long grooves with the end faces open are provided on both sides of the reinforcing plywood, the rigidity at the attachment part of the architectural mortar base material is not increased more than necessary, and the conformability to the structural material can be ensured sufficiently.
