    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部に超音波振動子を収納するとともに、筐体
    に冷却用媒体の流入口と流出口が設けられている
    超音波送受波器において、流入口から流入した冷
    却用媒体の筐体内室への吹き出しは少くとも超音
    波振動子の側面位置に掛る位置で行われることを
    特徴とする高温用超音波送受波器。
