Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 洗浄剤を収容する洗浄剤収容容器と、水を
    収容する水収容容器と、該洗浄剤又は該洗浄剤と
    該水との混合物を発泡させる発泡器と、前記洗浄
    剤、水又は発泡洗浄液を供給する１乃至３個の圧
    送ポンプと、前記発泡器に接続され厨房内の床及
    び腰壁の少なくとも１つの表面に該発泡洗浄液を
    供給するための吐出口を有する分配管と、を備え
    、 前記発泡洗浄液供給用圧送ポンプの作動により
    前記発泡洗浄液を前記厨房内の床及び腰壁の少な
    くとも１つの表面に供給し、一定時間放置し、そ
    の後、前記水供給用圧送ポンプの作動により前記
    水を供給して汚れ及び前記発泡洗浄剤を流し去る
    ことを特徴とする厨房内洗浄装置。 (2) 前記圧送ポンプの作動若しくは停止、及び
    水用バルブ、洗浄液用バルブ若しくは発泡洗浄液
    用バルブの開閉を自動的にコントロールする制御
    装置を備える請求項１記載の厨房内洗浄装置。
