方向の案内孔を上記脚本体部に形成して該係止ピ
ンを上下動可能に保持し、且つ、該係止ピンが上
下動可能に挿入された長孔を有する操作レバーの
下端を上記脚本体部の下端面に露出させると共
に、該操作レバーをコイルバネ等の弾発部材によ
つて常時上方向へ弾発付勢し、さらに、上記係止
ピンと当接する押上げ部材を上記脚本体部に設け
ると共に該押上げ部材を弾発部材によつて常時上
方向へ弾発付勢したものである。
