As shown in FIG. 4, 1 is an air conditioner main body, which is buried in the ceiling. 2 shows a decorative panel which has a suction port 3 and is exposed on the ceiling surface. Indoor air sucked in from the suction port 3 passes through the heat exchanger 4, and then passes through the blower suction port 7 of the blower 6 fixed to the blower partition plate 5.
The air is sucked in from the ventilation chamber 8 and blown out through the duct 9. Further, a drain pan 10 is provided below the heat exchanger 4 and the blower 6 to receive condensed water from the heat exchanger 4.
A drain pump 12 is installed to suck up the accumulated condensed water in order to discharge the accumulated condensed water to the outside of the air conditioner main body 1 through a drain hose 11. Further, the drain pan 10 is a drain pump 1.
There is a slope towards 2 to make it easier to drain condensed water.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above configuration, the condensed water that cannot be completely discharged by the drain pump 12 rots and the odor is emitted directly from the blower suction port 7 because there is no pressure difference between the blower 6 side and the drain pump 12 side. It passes through the ventilation chamber 8 and the duct 9 and is blown into the room. In addition, the pressure difference between the blower 6 side and the drain pump 12 side is small and the drain pump 12
However, the condensed water is difficult to suck up, and dust in the indoor air sucked in through the suction port 3 causes the sensor (not shown) to malfunction, and furthermore, dust gets into the drain pump 12, making it impossible to operate smoothly. It had drawbacks.

Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, this invention
The smell of rotten condensed water is not directly sucked into the blower, and by creating a pressure difference between the blower and the drain pump, the drain pump smoothly sucks up the condensed water, and the dust in the indoor air sucked in from the suction port is drained. The purpose is to avoid the need for pumps and sensors.

Function The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, without causing the blower to directly suck in the foul odor of rotten condensed water, and by creating a pressure difference between the blower side and the drain pump side, the drain pump smoothly sucks up the condensed water. Dust in the indoor air that is sucked in through the mouth will not go directly into the drain pump and sensor section.

Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a ceiling-embedded air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view thereof.
13 is the main body of the air conditioner, which is buried in the ceiling. Reference numeral 14 indicates a decorative panel having a suction port 15 and exposed on the ceiling surface. Indoor air sucked in from the suction port 15 passes through the heat exchanger 16 and enters the ventilation chamber 2 from the ventilation suction port 19 of the blower 18 fixed to the ventilation partition plate 17.
0, it is blown out through the duct 21. Attach one end of the drain partition plate 23 to the mounting screw 2 so as to bridge the mounting plate 22 of the heat exchanger 16 and the ventilation partition plate 17.
4, the mounting plate of the heat exchanger 16 (heat exchanger side plate)
and fix the other end to the ventilation partition plate 1 with the mounting screw 24.
It is fixed at 7. Further, a drain pan 25 is provided below the heat exchanger 16 and the blower 18 to receive condensed water from the heat exchanger 16, and the accumulated condensed water is transmitted through a drain hose 26 and discharged to the outside of the air conditioner main body 13. A drain pump 27 is installed for this purpose. Further, the drain pan 25 has a slope toward the drain pump 27 so that condensed water can be easily discharged.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the heat exchanger 16
By installing a drain partition plate 23 between the mounting plate 22 and the ventilation partition plate 17 to separate the drain pump 27 and the heat exchange chamber, the odor of condensed water that accumulates in the drain pan 25 and cannot be discharged by the drain pump 27 can be removed. By creating a pressure difference between the blower 18 side and the drain pump 27 side, the drain pump 27 can smoothly suck up the condensed water without directly sucking the condensed water, and the dust in the indoor air sucked through the suction port 15 can be It can be made so that it is not necessary for the drain pump 27 and the sensor section. Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, one end of the drain partition plate 23 is fixed to the heat exchanger side plate 22 and the other end is fixed to the ventilation partition plate 17, so that the strength of the air conditioner main body 13 is improved and the air blower 18 is Vibrations transmitted to the air conditioner main body 13 via the ventilation partition plate 17 are transmitted to the drain partition plate 23.
As a result, the vibration noise of the air conditioner main body 13 becomes weaker.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention configures a heat exchange chamber with a blower partition plate that fixes the blower, and connects the drain pump with a By dividing the exchange room, the odor of condensed water that has accumulated in the drain pan and cannot be discharged by the drain pump is not directly inhaled, and by creating a pressure difference between the blower side and the drain pump side, the drain pump can smoothly remove the condensed water. In addition, dust in the indoor air sucked in through the suction port can be prevented from entering the drain pump and sensor section. In addition, because one end of the drain partition plate is fixed to the heat exchanger side plate and the other end to the ventilation partition plate, the strength of the air conditioner body is improved, and the air is transmitted from the blower to the air conditioner body via the ventilation partition plate. The vibration is dispersed by the drain partition plate, and the vibration noise of the air conditioner body becomes weaker.
