Claims (1)
ンを挟持してブロー成形させる一対の開閉金型を
複数組載置するターンテーブルを回転自在に配設
し、このターンテーブル上に台板を介して上記一
対の開閉金型を開閉する型締装置を配設した回転
式ブロー成形機において、上記型締装置が、上記
台板上に支持ブロツクを介して平行になるように
固定された一対のガイド軸と、この一対のガイド
軸にスライド自在に設けられ、対向する面に上記
各金型をそれぞれ固定した一対の可動板と、この
各可動板の背面側に一端が固定され、上記各金型
を当接、離反させる一対のクランプロツドと、上
記台板の一端に立設したブラケツトに上記各ガイ
ド軸の高さより下方に位置する枢軸を介して揺動
自在に支持され、上端に上記一方のクランプロツ
ドの他端を枢支すると共に下端部を上記台板の上
面より下方に突出させた揺動レバーと、上記台板
の下方にスライド自在に支持され、一端が上記揺
動レバーの上記一方のクランプロツドの他端と枢
軸間の距離と等距離隔てた下端に枢支されたスラ
イドロツドと、このスライドロツド及び上記他方
のクランプロツドの各他端をそれぞれ連結した連
結板と、一対のアクチユエータにより上記連結板
を往復移動自在にさせ、該連結板の往動で上記一
対の開閉金型を閉じると共に、上記連結板の復動
で上記一対の開閉金型を開いてそれらの状態を保
持するトグル機構とで構成したことを特徴とする
