- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 給送されたデータシートに表示されたマー
クを光センサーによつて検出するように構成され
た読取り部を備えた光学式マーク読取り装置にお
いて、上記読取り部に弾性を有する薄板で成る給
紙押え部材を設け、上記光センサーの読取りエラ
ーを防止するようにしたことを特徴とする光学式
マーク読取り装置。 (2) 上記給紙押え部材を黒色のマイラー紙によ
り形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲(1)に記載の光学式マーク読取り装置。
