(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, according to the above-mentioned conventional means, the bobbin terminal receives heat during soldering, and the resin material forming the bobbin melts due to the heat, and the bobbin and the bobbin terminal are joined together. The condition became loose, and as a result, the bobbin terminal came off from the bobbin, causing a situation such as a wire breakage. Therefore, conventional efforts have been made to make the press-fitting part of the bobbin terminal longer or to provide a so-called lubricant in the press-fitting part of the bobbin, but these methods still tend to come off and are ineffective.

That is, the bobbin terminal mounting structure according to the present invention is a bobbin terminal mounting structure consisting of a combination of a bobbin and a bobbin terminal press-fitted into the bobbin, and includes a bobbin terminal press-fitting structure formed on the bobbin terminal. Holes are provided by side walls formed alternately on sides perpendicular to the insertion direction of the bobbin terminal, and a protrusion is formed at the tip of the bobbin terminal and a step portion in front of the protrusion, and the step portion of the bobbin terminal is engaged with a portion of the side wall of the hole to prevent the bobbin terminal from coming off.

(Function) The bobbin is formed by a pair of molds, and the holes are provided by side walls that are alternately formed on sides perpendicular to the insertion direction of the bobbin. On the other hand, the bobbin has a protrusion at the tip of the bobbin terminal and a step in front of the protrusion. When the bobbin is inserted into the hole with the protrusion first, the protrusion is surprisingly easily press-fitted because the side walls of the hole are alternately formed. When the protrusion is completely inserted, since a step is formed in front of the protrusion, the step engages with a part of the side wall of the hole, and the bobbin protrusion is moved from the side wall of the hole. is locked.
As a result, the bobbin is prevented from coming off.

First, bobbin 1 will be explained. The illustrated bobbin 1 is based on the invention disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 186395/1983, and is manufactured by punching using a pair of molds. The term "push-molding" as used herein refers to forming the material from the top and bottom or from the left and right using the pair of molds.

In the bobbin 1, 3 is a coil winding part, and at least one opening 5 is provided on one surface of the coil winding part 3, and all areas that do not overlap with the opening 5 on the surface opposite to this surface are defined as openings. 5', and a flange 7 is provided on both sides of the coil winding part 3, and the flange 7 is provided with an iron core insertion opening 9, and the openings 5 and 5' are arranged in a staggered manner as described above. By the way,
It can be easily manufactured using a pair of push-cut dies (not shown).

Therefore, when the bobbin terminal 15 is press-fitted into the hole 13, the stepped portion 19 of the bobbin terminal 15 engages with the side wall 11, so that the protrusion 17 locks with the side wall 11, It is prevented from falling out. Under this condition, the bobbin terminal 15 is soldered to a circuit board (not shown).

(Effects of the invention) Since the present invention is configured as explained above, the bobbin terminal is firmly attached to the side wall and the protrusion, and the bobbin terminal can be easily removed even during the soldering process later. Such a situation will not occur. Further, in the present invention, the bobbin terminal is press-fitted into the hole, and since the hole is provided by a side wall that is formed alternately on the side orthogonal to the insertion direction of the bobbin terminal, the bobbin terminal can be inserted into the hole. When press-fitting into a hole, even if a protrusion is formed at the tip of the bobbin terminal, the protrusion is hollow on the opposite side of one side wall, so it will not be pinched between the side walls. The installation workability can be improved. As described above, according to the present invention, although it is easy to insert the bobbin terminal, it does not come out, and as a result, disconnection due to the bobbin terminal coming off is eliminated.
