このトランスは次のようにつくられる。絶縁性材
料からなる筒状巻芯1に巻線2を施し、巻芯に植
設されたピン端子3に巻線引出し線をからげてな
る巻線コイルを、E型コア4の中央脚部に通した
後I型コア5を各脚部の端面につき合わせ、図示
してはいないがその状態で両コア4,5の上から
絶縁テープを巻き回して組立て固定していた。従
つて製作に多くの工程を要するという欠点があつ
た。I型コアの代りにE型コアを用いる場合も同
様である。またこの場合、コア4,5と巻線2が
引出されているピン端子3との間の距離aは安全
規格にいう沿面距離に相当するが、トランスを小
型化するにつれて安全規格に定められた所定距
離、たとえば3mm、を確保することができなくな
る。したがつてこのようなときは従来はコア4と
5の間に外部に相当はみ出すように多層の絶縁テ
ープを挟むとか、距離がaである沿面上にひだを
突出させて沿面距離を長くするとかし、そのあと
絶縁テープを巻いて組立て固定していた。しかし
これも先に述べたと同じく多くの工程を要するの
で、小型トランスでは欠点が更に大きくなつてい
た。またこの種のトランスでは、コアの外側面が
露出しているので、基板の高密度実装時に他の部
品と接触する懸念があつた。

を簡単に行なうことのできるトランスを提供しよ
うとするものである。

性材料よりなる箱型のコア用ホルダを設けて成
り、前記ピン端子とコアとの間に所定の沿面距離
を確保していることを特徴とするトランスが得ら
れる。

形されたコア固定用舌片を持ち、前記舌片には係
止爪61が設けられている。ホルダ7にはコア固
定用舌片に前記係止爪61に対応した係止爪穴7
1が設けられている。またホルダ6とコア底厚部
外面の間にはコア固定保持用バネ8が入れられ
る。このようなホルダ6と7による保持がコア4
と5による閉磁路を構成する。本考案によるトラ
ンスを組立てる際はホルダ6の箱体内部にバネ8
を入れ、コア4,5の底厚部外面にホルダ6,7
の開口部をあてがつて押圧する。係止爪61と係
止爪穴71によりコアからホルダ6,7が外れる
ことが阻止され、バネ8が湾曲しホルダ6,7に
よるコアの固定を保持する。かくしてコア部は外
方に対して殆ど完全に密閉される形となる。
