壁を垂設してなる合成樹脂製の枠部材４とからな
り、上記蓋体頂板部６は、接着用合成樹脂層を積
層した金属薄膜にて構成した上層７と、同様構成
の下層８とを、頂板部の切断個所を含む所要個所
で溶着させて積層し、且つ、上層７に頂板部切断
除去用の破断部９を形成してなることを特徴とす
