Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently freeze and recover gaseous material or the like and to improve a working environment by spraying a liquid to the gaseous material and water adsorbing thereto produced in a hot-dip galvanizing process, with this liquid at temp. lower than the transition temp. of the gaseous material, so that the gaseous material is rapidly cooled and frozen. CONSTITUTION:After hot-dip galvanizing treatment, NH4Cl is sprayed to the galvanized product on a receiving plate 4. In this process, NH4Cl 3 vaporizes and splashes in air. To this gaseous NH4Cl 3 and water adsorbing thereto, liquid nitrogen supplied from a bomb 2 is sprayed through an injection nozzle 1. By spraying liquid nitrogen at -195.8 deg.C, NH4Cl 3 and water adsorbing thereto are frozen since the transition temp. of NH4Cl is -30.5 deg.C, dropped on the plate 4 and then collected in a recovery device 5. Thereby, diffusion of NH4Cl 3 is prevented by use of a small-size recovering device 5, which improves the working environment. Moreover, NH4Cl is efficiently recovered and can be reused.

The purpose of the present invention is to instantly freeze vaporized substances and adsorbed moisture, prevent the diffusion of vaporized substances, and lower the vaporized substances, thereby reducing the size of recovery equipment, increasing recovery efficiency, and improving the working environment. It's about doing.

According to the present invention, ammonium chloride 3 scattered in the atmosphere
Liquid nitrogen 2 is emitted from a nozzle 1 toward the target. At this time, the transition point of aluminum chloride 3 is -30.5°C, so by radiating liquid nitrogen 2 at a temperature of -195.8°C, ammonium chloride 3 and the water adsorbed on ammonium chloride 3 are frozen. Since it descends into the saucer 4, the collection efficiency is improved.
